Pork Floss

Light and fluffy pork floss with a rich savoury flavour. Slow-marinated in our house blend of soy, honey and five spice, then charcoal-grilled over open flame until the edges caramelise. Each sheet is hand-turned so the sugars catch evenly, giving the smoky depth and tender bite our regulars come back for. Sliced thin, vacuum-sealed the day it is made, and best enjoyed within two weeks of opening.
